Draft page to consolidate and document matters relating to Categories

1 - Existing Taxonomies

Alongside keywords, Plings is able to accept structured taxonomies to help describe an activity.

We are able to accept categories from existing published taxonomies, such as PKHD and IPSV. To do this, please declare the taxonomy and then the name and ID

This methodology can be applied to activities via the API and also Organisations.

2 - A Plings category set

We have a short and small top level category set, should data providers not use any pre-existing taxonomies.
