Here's the two simple steps to ensure your data is readable by the pling-o-matic.
1. Upload your Data in a good format
Information about 4 or 5 activities in a single description can be difficult to understand for humans - it's practically impossible for the pling-o-matic! Try to upload each activity or service an organisaiton provides seperately for example:-
Brighton Tennis Club provides classes for Junior tennis enthusiasts on Thursday evenings between 7pm and 11pm.
The pling-o-matic can also generate plings from records that include details of the service's availability in the XML you've uploaded, for example:-
<Availability Refines='DC.Coverage'> <StartDateTime>2010-01-15T00:00:00</StartDateTime> <EndDateTime>2010-02-26T00:00:00</EndDateTime> <Period Day='Friday'> <StartTime>15:15:00</StartTime> <EndTime>16:30:00</EndTime> </Period> <Details>Friday</Details> </Availability>
These are the gold standard data formats. Luckily the pling-o-matic is a bit cleverer than that and can also generate plings from some other formats, to see a full list check out this page
2. Tag the records with Postive Activity
The pling-o-matic only searches for records that have been tagged with `Positive Activity`, make sure the records you'd like converted to plings are tagged with this category.
