Re-write RSS links

Takes the Plings RSS feed for the Stockport Youth Service and truncates it so that it only shows activities still to come (more or less!), and re-writes the link URL to another site.

This is useful because you may want your permalink for that activity to point somewhere other than the default Plings page put up by the project.
