Simple Plings In - Passwords

Currently passwords are set at account creation, but cannot be amended anywhere (mainly using the user.rb model, where salt, hashed passwording etc. goes on.)

There's no option to just set another password when logged in as yet.

Going further: Some system to recover/reset passwords would be good.
